Order Processing

Every SoMushLove order is handled with care.

Orders generally require processing time before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the items ordered, order volume, and other factors.

Orders may experience additional processing time during weekends, holidays, or especially busy periods.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Standard Shipping Rates

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $6.99 per order.

Our current shipping option is:

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

At this time, we do not offer a separate express shipping option or a free-shipping promotion.

Shipping rates and available options may change in the future. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

We know waiting for something fun to arrive can feel like forever!

Many orders are estimated to arrive in approximately 6–8 days, although actual delivery times may vary by product, destination, processing requirements, and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Please remember that order processing and carrier transit are separate parts of the delivery process. The estimated timeframe shown for an order may include both.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery.

If your order is taking longer than expected, we're always happy to help look into it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing tracking details when available.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours or longer to update after the carrier receives your shipment.

If your tracking link doesn't show movement right away, please give it a little time to catch up.

Shipping Issues

Sometimes even the best-planned journeys take an unexpected turn.

If your order is missing, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or shows an unexpected delivery status, please email us at Hi@SoMushLove.shop.

For missing or delayed shipments, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate promptly.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant tracking details.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

These reporting timeframes help us investigate issues quickly and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Shipping Locations

At launch, SoMushLove ships to eligible addresses within the United States, including Hawaiʻi and Alaska, where delivery is supported by our fulfillment and shipping providers.

Available shipping destinations will be confirmed at checkout.

We hope to share the mushroom love with more places in the future!

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges.
