Return & Refund Policy

At SoMushLove, we believe the little things in life deserve a little extra love. Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully chosen to bring a smile, spark a little joy, and celebrate the wonderfully weird world of fungi.

We hope you absolutely love your purchase! To keep things simple, all sales are final, and we do not currently accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing selections, or personal preferences.

Something Not Quite Right?

While we hope every order arrives just as expected, we know that sometimes things don't go according to plan.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't the item you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Hi@SoMushLove.shop.

Just include your order number, a quick description of what happened, and a few clear photos of the issue. We'll take a look and do our best to make things right, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.

A Little Note About Sizing

We want your new favorites to fit just right! Please take a peek at the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, so a quick double-check goes a long way.

Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do!

While we can't promise changes or cancellations once your order is being processed, we're always happy to check.

Shipping & Delivery

We know waiting for something fun to arrive can feel like forever!

Our estimated delivery dates are there to give you a helpful idea of when to expect your order, but they're not guaranteed. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays outside our control.

If something seems off with your delivery, please reach out. We're happy to help look into it.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
